2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes the server log data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.
3. Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we use your details exclusively to process your enquiry. The data from the form is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database. We do not pass on your details without your consent. We treat M&A enquiries in strict confidence.
4. Cookies and web analytics with Google Analytics
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information about the use of this website, such as pages visited, time spent, approximate origin (country, region), device type, browser and form submissions as an event (without content). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Google Signals and the link to advertising features are disabled.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, which governs storing and accessing information on your device) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via cookie settings.
Recipients and transfers to third countries: Google processes the data as a processor on the basis of an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer to the USA is possible. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR).
Retention period: Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. The cookies themselves are valid for up to 2 years unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent. Further information: Google's privacy policy.
Beyond this, the website does not load any third-party content. Fonts are hosted locally on our server. You will find an overview of all cookies and storage entries under Cookies.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:
